National Media Group has assests at the rate of 80% of Art Pictures Vision. Another 20% assests belong to Fedor Bondarchuk. National Media group runs REN TV and 5th Channel, holds 29% of the 1st Channel and STS Media. The group also owns 80% of the Russian-language versions of Viasat, Discovery and Sony Pictures channels. Among other assets, the newspaper "Izvestia", "Metro of Saint-Petersburg" and "Sport-Express".
